We are well known ‘on the ground’ having established excellent contacts with all the leading estate agents in the area – and have a love of buildings and what makes them tick; we are probably the only professionally qualified independent property search agency in the area.
Director
From a background and degree in marketing, Liz joined Savills’ international department in the late 1990’s to take responsibility for residential developments across Europe and the West Indies.
Since we established in 2003, Liz has coordinated searches across the South East etc (as it is at the mo)
Liz has co-ordinated searches across the south east and found houses for numerous clients – largely based on her exceptional understanding of her clients’ requirements and the close affinity she has built up with key people in the main selling agents across the area.
Colin qualified in the early 1970’s, running offices in Sussex and Kent for Hamptons before taking over the helm of their London Country house department in the mid 1980’s; he now offers over 50 years’ experience of the country house and estates markets across the south of England.
It was the appeal of working to find clients their ideal house that led Colin to change direction in the late 1990’s and, following a spell with the buying team at Knight Frank, Colin and Elizabeth formed their own independent search consultancy.
