….and then there were three!

To add to our Christmas celebrations, we are delighted to announce that Tracy Bryant passed her exams this week – with flying colours! – and joins Liz and Colin as fully qualified members of the National Association of Estate Agents.

This is no mean feat – her studies included general law (health and safety, Anti-Money Laundering and Data Protection regulations), the law relating to property sales, practice relating to residential property sale (including due diligence, marketing and consumer protection) – as well as property appraisal, building construction and remedying defects.

We would like to think that this makes us unique in the property search field – in being able to offer our clients (and those who deal with us) the assurance that we really do know what we are talking about!
